Foreword of valve model compilation
The valve model should usually indicate the valve type, drive mode, connection form, structural characteristics, sealing surface material, valve body material, and nominal pressure. The standardization of valve models facilitates the design, selection and sales of valves. Nowadays, there are more and more types and materials of valves, and the design of valve models is becoming more and more complicated. Although China has a unified standard for the establishment of valve models, it is increasingly unable to meet the needs of the development of the valve industry. For the new type of valve that cannot use the standard number, each manufacturer can compile the model according to their own needs.
The "Valve Model Compilation Method" standard is applicable to gate valves, throttle valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, diaphragm valves, plunger valves, plug valves, check valves, safety valves, pressure reducing valves, steam traps, etc. for industrial pipelines. It includes the model of the valve and the naming of the valve.
Specific programming method of valve model
The following is the sequence diagram of each code in the standard valve model writing method:
Understanding the diagram on the left is the first step to understand various valve models. Let me give you an example to get a general understanding:
Valve model: "Z961Y-100I DN150" This is a complete gate valve model. The final "DN150" is not included in the system. This means that the valve diameter is 150mm, which is easy to understand. Front part: "Z961Y-100I" is seated according to the sequence diagram above, as follows:
"Z" is 1 unit; "9" is 2 units; "6" is 3 units; "1" is 4 units; "Y" is 5 units; "100" is 6 units; "I" is 7 units
The meaning of this valve model is: gate valve, electric drive, welded connection, wedge single gate, hard alloy seal, 10Mpa pressure, chromium-molybdenum steel valve body material.
