The swing check valve is divided into three types: single-leaf check valve, double-leaf check valve and multi-leaf check valve. The butterfly check valve is a straight-through check valve. The above-mentioned check valves can be divided into three types in connection form: threaded check valve, flanged check valve and welded check valve.
 
Check Valve: Nominal pressure or pressure level: PN1.0-16.0MPa, ANSI CLASS 150-900, JIS10-20K Nominal diameter or caliber: DN15～900, NPS 1/4 ～36 Connection method: Method Blue, butt welding, thread, socket welding, butt clamp, etc. Suitable temperature: -196℃～540℃ Valve body material: WCB, ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, ZG1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, CF8(304), CF3(304L), CF8M(316), CF3M( 316L), Ti. The through-type lift check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipeline. The vertical lift check valve and the bottom valve are generally installed on the vertical pipeline, and the medium flows from bottom to top.
 
The installation position of the swing check valve is not restricted. It is usually installed in a horizontal pipeline, but it can also be installed in a vertical pipeline or a dumping pipeline.
 
When installing a check valve (Check Valve): Pay special attention to the flow direction of the medium. The normal flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the direction of the arrow indicated on the valve body, otherwise the normal flow of the medium will be blocked. The bottom valve should be installed at the bottom of the pump suction line.
 
Check Valve: When closed, water hammer pressure will be generated in the pipeline. In severe cases, it will cause damage to valves, pipelines or equipment. Especially for large-mouth pipelines or high-pressure pipelines, check valves should be caused (aetv One-way valve): The user's high attention.
